What is it?

These dental procedures fall outside of the basic & routine dental services.

You can upgrade your dental plan by adding this coverage.  It comes with a cost, but will provide important protection for your employees when they need it most.

There will be an overall maximum claim amount per year.  Often it is combined with the basic and routine services for a combined maximum (example: combined maximum of $2500 per year)

How will it benefit my employees?

Major dental coverage supplements routine coverage by offering employees additional services to repair their teeth.

How does it work?

Major dental offers 50% coinsurance so that the plan and employee pay equally toward these services.

Employees will be covered for all basic and major dental services up to the plan maximum.
